⭐ 1 star I want to share my great disappointment with Skadepoolen in Närkeby, Örebro. About a year ago I collided with a deer and the front of my car was damaged. I turned to this garage for help. My insurance did not cover the entire damage and the cost of the entire repair was very high. Since I was unable to pay the full amount immediately, I hoped that the garage would be able to come to an agreement with the insurance company. Instead, I was indirectly tricked into handing in the car to "object to the decision from the insurance company". Once the car was handed in, the garage kept it for over a year (!) and during this time I was charged for parking and other costs. The final bill ended up being over 60,000 kronor, which is completely unreasonable. I also experienced a very unpleasant and disrespectful treatment, where I felt racist behavior. I would therefore strongly warn others against leaving their cars here. My experience is that they are not honest, not cooperative and take advantage of customers in vulnerable situations.

Good customer contact and ongoing information about how the work was going until it was completed. Well-executed work and friendly staff.
