Possibly the worst customer experience of my life - avoid at any cost.

We came to the showroom on 23rd December which was a very quiet day and we were the only customers. We walked around and explored the vehicles, and no one came to see if we had any questions. We then went to one of the team members who reluctantly pointed out to a glass office where his colleague was. We suggested that we had questions about the A5 model and that we wanted to test drive the vehicle. The consultant even more reluctantly took his phone and left the office. He sent his colleague Bella to assist. Bella wasn't briefed, and we re-shared our query again. She suggested that only the latest A5 model can be tested to what we agreed as we travelled and wanted to start somewhere. She suggested that the was is being cleaned and was unavailable and told us to go away for 30 mins, which was exceptionally rude. We weren't offered any other alternatives or to wait for the car to be washed and have a coffee. I'm horrified by non-existent customer service and a rude approach. We love Audi, but we won't be back to this "dealership."
