They are unprofessional and people not professional

There is a reason they have such a low rating. They bind you with a 12 month contract you can't get out of even if your business closes.

Unprofessional treatment and total lack of communication I tried to book bridal makeup at Parelle in Kalmar but was met with a series of problems and lack of communication from them. I called their phone number twice but went straight to voicemail both times. I then emailed and got a response that they would "look into it", but then no one heard back. A month later I drove all the way from Karlskrona to Kalmar to try to book on site. At the store they said they could book me in provisionally, but that they couldn't promise that someone would actually receive me. I mentioned that I had tried to reach them by phone, and was then told that their phone charger was gone - which explained why no one could answer. It was both surprising and unprofessional that a company that offers services doesn't make sure they have working contact channels. Another month later I got an email from a person named Sara, who said she would do my makeup and wondered if we would have a consultation. I replied to the email twice and asked for a time for the consultation – but still haven’t received a response. Now there are two weeks left until my wedding, and I am left without bridal makeup due to their lack of communication and organization. Their phone still doesn’t work, and it doesn’t seem like they have any interest in actually helping customers. I was prepared to pay for the service, but since they don’t get back to me, they are wasting both my time and their own income. Overall, it feels like Parelle in Kalmar neither wants nor has the energy to receive customers. A very disappointing treatment, especially when it comes to something as important as wedding preparations.
