I have worked for CareOn for almost a year, and I must say that I have always been treated with great respect. This seems to permeate the entire company, with a great desire to make it easier for us as social work consultants. I would especially like to mention Jessica and Pia, who have given me assignments and been clear about what is expected of me as a consultant. We have had good conversations and coordination. I have had assignments via CareOn since April. I am super satisfied, my boss keeps me updated on new assignments all the time. Writes and asks how things are going in the current municipality regularly, this of course contributes to a safe and good feeling as a consultant. I have had several assignments through CareOn since 2017 when I started as a consultant. In fact, the company I have had the most assignments for - both as a sub-consultant and an employee. It has always been easy to get in touch with someone if you needed it, for example, it has never been a problem if I had to be off work at short notice. Being a consultant is very exciting and special. There are situations when it is important to have clear managers who support in situations when a "storm is blowing". Then the fact that there are good employment conditions is no disadvantage. I have worked for CareOn for a few years and can highly recommend them if you want to try working as a consultant.
