Awful in answering correctly and cheerfully by one of the sellers, he didn't even allow the family to consult and talk together!!
That man! He did not allow us to make the right choice on the pretext of the next customer. It was really my last purchase from this store and next time I will not give my money for this store and I will not go back there.
I didn't think the management there has no supervision and they don't even follow up on the messages written here by people, and maybe they don't care about customer orientation!!
It is better that these complaints are investigated and followed up by the management or the customer satisfaction unit.

I bought bed and I'm totally satisfied for the price and quality of local market. The bed was deliver exactly on the 5th week. Personnel was helpful.
I would suggest to the personnel to be more open about materials and springs which are inside. Took me two days to get information why bed for 12k is different from the bed for 20k. Just to say better materials is not enough. You can show what foam is used, what type of springs etc... very sad that there is no sample of the structure of beds which cost already over 10k.

Awful. Delayed my order for 4 weeks than promised delivery date. Extremely rude and reckless customer support and store personel. Never buying again.

Would highly recommend NOT to purchase any furniture, especially beds from here. Long delivery times, and complete wrong bottom half of bed delivered to me after 7 weeks, then 2 weeks after to fix this mistake, went to put the new bed legs on and the first one immediately snapped in my hand…. Dreadful quality. Had to take two half days of work for delivery one being because of there mistake, no help from them at all with loss of pay etc just a “it’s not our problem” save your money and go else where

I am so disappointed as a first time buyer. I bought a table and got wrong screws with it. Contacted them and they sent me new screws after two weeks but wrong screws again! I gave up and just went and bought some screws myself.

Waiting 5 days for a "next day delivery" order to pick up in boutique, customer service tells me it's on its way, all that to get a SMS saying it's sold out in the store, go to another store instead. Such a joke and terrible customer service. To avoid.

We had a very poor experience shopping here. Firstly they made a mistake with our order, so we were sent to collect the wrong piece of furniture. When we returned to fix this, it turned out that they did not have the piece we were looking for.
This was despite the fact that their website clearly stated that they had the piece in question (we checked the website in advance to avoid an unnecessary trip). When we pointed out this inconsistency (and showed them that their website was still showing that they had the piece in question) they seemed completely disinterested. Indeed they did not even seem to realize that it was a problem that there website was showing inaccurate information. So I have no hope that this problem will be fixed.
