Ling Long. Does not reach the quality standard one would expect for the price range set. To the best of its ability, the kitchen tries to classify itself as equal to the price range they feel pushed for, but without success, despite the geographical location…
The serving bears some weight, as well as the fact that the guests who visit this establishment today are more looking for other validation than a perfect taste experience based on the kitchen's wide menu.
The kitchen fails in all instances. Everything is missing here. From the elementary approach such as salt and pepper and all the way to the restaurant's purpose.
What is the purpose?!

Great asian influenced flavours. The menu is built to share mid sized courses. We tried their two tartars, beef and tuna. Also had some of their ribs. The ribs was a bit to salty. They are ok if you have 1-2. But try a full plate and it gets too much. Their pulled BangBang chicken was the best I had in a very long time. Amazing flavours in that one. We ended up ordering several of them. Happy you can these flavours in Sweden as well 😀

A misplaced pearl!
Situated in Östermalm, its energy would be better suited for Sodermalm!
Easy to overlook while walking because hidden by half in an uphill, softly lit up by candles and lamps, this place boasts concrete walls and underground house music that seamlessly blend with the cozy industrial interiors. The relaxed and casual atmosphere is perfect for sharing Asian tapas and enjoying cocktails with friends, surrounded by modern art, abundant plants and Asian-inspired decorations.
Perhaps I’d discourage going for business/romantic/family encounters, during dinner time!

The food is Asian fusion and we took the tasting menu it was a mixture of Thai, Japanese, Indonesian, Chinese cuisines all coming in little portions to be shared. We must say that the tuna takaki and avocado salad were too cold. We would have preferred it a bit more room temp.

5-star beef tartar and mushroom dumplings, 1-star ribs and tofu. The ceiling of the dining room was totally exposed with all pipes and tubes visible, quoting my friend “looks like we are eating in the sewers”.
The beef tartar was pleasantly hand chopped in adequate size, and the meat cut was without any tendons. It paired well with the chives infused oil and salmon eggs. The dumplings were full of umami, not too dry in the dough and not too wet in the filling, together with a coconut based foamy sauce that provides acidity in tributes to the traditional Chinese dumplings match with vinegar.
However the pork ribs were undercooked, hard to chew on and way too salty. The fried tofu was also super salty, you need to drink a liter of water with these two dishes.

I have been here many times and loved it. Many vegan options and dog friendly. In the summer the backyard is lovely.
It is rather salty so I often drink 4 liters of water there
