Perfect location, perfect breakfast.
Shower's needs updating.

The hotel is OK. The breakfast is great and the staff is friendly. However it needs some renovation. The windows are quite old and cannot isolate from the noise coming from the streets, especially if you stay on the ground floor. The bathroom in my room was tiny.

Rooms were more traditional. Complimentary breakfast is provided and it's good.

Not too far from the train stationen . Located in walking distance to all of downtown Västerås. The breakfast was generous yet not overabundance. The room I had was on the third floor without a lift. I had a good sleep even though, at first, I thought the mattress was too soft. The place is price worthy. And for sure, I will stay here again if available when I visit Västerås next time.

I have stayed in this hotel more times during 2022 and early 2023. The hotel is really basic but the personnel is very kind and the service offered is very good considering the price. Very good breakfast. Located in the city center. Also the restaurant offers a good menu for dinner. Rooms are sufficiently comfortable

What a lovely hotel! It is centrally located, has spacious, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, decent bar, wonderful breakfast. We will definitely be staying here again sometime. Don't miss out on this one

A great 👍 hotel 🛏️🏨 if you are staying in Västerås. Right in the center of the town. Really great and friendly staff. Coffe machine 24/7 nice beds. Will add about their breakfast later. The dinner was great 😃.

Part of my luggage disappeared from my room, which was very important to me because I had my medication. The hotel's explanation after several complaints from my side was that the cleaning lady was 17 years old and it was her first day at work and she had thrown my luggage in the trash.
As a solution, they opened the door of the rubbish room for me to look for it myself.
They later admitted that they had opened the luggage, looked at it and thought it was rubbish and threw it away. It was a piece of luggage that was on the table, perfectly closed.

The room was old-fashioned and a bit dirty and in terms of views it overlooked a car park. The mattress was thin and so soft that it made me sink. The breakfast was normal, coffee, cold cuts, cereals, and the breakfast area was quite narrow and uncomfortable, only one person could fit in it.
The sauna I didn't even see it, nor was it indicated to me that it existed. The staff were only correct.
The location is normal, the city is very small and any hotel has a good location.
