No parking space at all, even the front parking for load/unload is terribly small. The parking lot from the club is very expressive. Staff do not provide enough information. Inside the club there are a lot of ramps ad stairs. Very dangerous for kids. Food is also very expressive. Needs a lot of improvement...

I enjoyed the stay here and recommend booking it directly with the hotel if you want your meals included. The pools can get quite hot. Night time is the best to enjoy the springs. Unfortunately, the saune wasn't working during my stay.

Very nice hotel with heated pools that are fantastic. Clean rooms and the continental breakfast was good in that there is a nice variety of choices to choose from. We would stay here again when traveling.

It was a great stay, the check-in was a breeze and the food is yummm! The pools are really nice as well which gives a good atmosphere. The staff are really nice amd helpful. My only concern where the rooms, they are a bit old and the television is dated. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The hotel has good structure and different option of apartments with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, great for family travel. Apartments are clean and spacious. It has a good water park in it, but it is usually too full. Breakfast is very limited and with a questionable quality.

We changed our plans to stay in a Pousada in order to join friends/family in this 'apart-hotel'. We figured the prices were jacked because of the FIFA World Cup (or at least we hope so) but the place was 3 stars at best and charging 5 stars rates. Our room was the best of our groups and yet we were all charged the same outrageous rates (we had a separate kitchenette and dining table). I thought I had blown a fuse when I plugged in the microwave to heat some water. Seems that it was actually a power failure throughout and our friend's young daughter was caught in the elevator when the power went out. ||||As for the so called 'apart-hotel' aspect of the experience, there were posters throughout stating that it was forbidden to bring food and drink from outside into the premises. The management wanted all supplies to be bought from their on site tuck shop which mostly sold 'beach' (water park) gear, drinks and snacks. No wonder the kitchenette in the 'apart-hotel' room had no freaking plates or cutlery. As for the included breakfast service, it had the worst selection and quality of all the places we stayed at during our two weeks in Brasil.||||And for those who wanted to enjoy the pool amenities, you were given a wrist band that you had to keep on to use for the duration of your trip. Also, no towels were provided for your pool side enjoyment and using hotel room towels was forbidden. ||||The only reason I have 1 extra point raising it from terrible to poor is that we managed to take advantage of their drying rack on the balcony and get lots of washing done in the shower. Speaking of shower, there was no hot water to speak of.

Wonderful hotel, very close to the tourist attractions as well aconchegante.Tudo was good breakfast with abundant variety, the pools were cleaned every day, the rooms and bathrooms were also cleaned daily, towels changed, monitors animating super gay people. I spent a great time with my family.
