It’s a good gaming experience in vaxjo

I was with my partner and our friends this saturday from 18 o clock.
We played 2 banes bowling and had some drinks and after that, we sat at the table and ordered food.
My order was hard, oily and very bad. I couldn t eat it. I send it back. I normally don t send food back.
The manager Said to us I can get 20% discount. On what? On an empty stomach? After he send the waiter 4 times back and forth to us, we decided to go to the bar and have a nice talk.
He SHOUTED at us saying I ate more than a bite and some other arguments
Really? After making a big order(6 persons bowling, drinks, dinner)

for all of us, you treat us like that?
Not professionally, not cool. No good style at all.

Dear manager at Knock em down, I consider you should try another job. Customer service is not for you, you cannot accept to be criticised.

Love this place! Loved it so much I got married here last year. Great service, good atmosphere and huge choice of things to do.. Highly recommend it for everyone and everything!

I booked a buffe for four on my wife's birthday, what we got was nothing to write home about the food was very BAD, there was nothing that was cooked from scratch everything was precooked when we ask questions the chief came from the kitchen and he was very arrogant and I saw immediately that he lack inspiration for food.
Funny enough I had with me my wife and our friends from Stockholm who where both top chiefs. We paid alot and we couldn't eat because the food was very BAD and the thing that baffles me was that one of the chiefs was standing and portioning how much slice of meat we have to take and the place was very noisy. We had to go o'Learys to eat that night we were very disappointed. The own should go and do something with the kitchen if it is called a buffe let it be so he should invest in fresh food not all these cheap pre cooked food.

Great food. Nice location to hangout and do fun activities! Recommended to do "The Challenge" if you are in a group. One hour spent the right way!

Great entrecôte, it was on point. The fries were super crisp and warm. The people at the restaurant were pleasant and attentious.
The VR game was better than expected and well designed, 6 people played and was ideal.
The challenge only allows you to play once every room, we wanted to get better in some rooms but it was not possible.
I recomend this place to eat and having fun.

Overall nice place, but this time did not fit the criteria. Bowling machines were broken, and the staff could not fix it. We got 15 minutes extra playtime, although some more engagement from the staff would have been appreciated.
