I purchased a Bioheater PR200 from this company and it never worked right from the day we installed it...and even tho it had only been in 12 days they wanted us to strip it to pieces to check some things weren't leaking inside..WOW what kind of company does that !!...so after having the heater less than 2 weeks and having it burn thru fuel like nobody's business it still didn't raise the temperature up more than 1°c even after running it for 10hrs....so i guess there supposedly 3yrs guaranteed warranty doesn't apply when they send out a faulty heater...very nice to know what kind of company this is happily take your money and fob you off with faulty goods and not even have the decency to return your emails ( Not Surprised At All ) however Wednesday this week we had a 26kw heat pump installed on the same pool and what a surprise the temperature has risen by 9°c so far after only running for 2 full days ....now isn't that a surprise ...so do yourself a favour and avoid this Bioheater like the plauge because when it goes wrong they wash there hands of you so fast
