Vilken makalös service, jag letade efter en viss produkt - och Ulrika hos Strands lade ner hela sin själ till att ta reda på ifall produkten fanns hos dom, vilket dom inte hade, men inte nog med det - hon ringer upp nästa dag och informerar mig var jag kan köpa produkten i stället.

Bought brand new Siberias. Stopped working after approximately 1 year. Wanted to use the guarantee. Sent in pictures, the shop where I bought them concluded the same as me, the lights are faulty.

Got the response from Strands: "you have to buy a new one and IF we accept the guarantee then you might receive a refund". Or if I wanted to remove the light, send it in for inspection. Driving around without lights for those weeks. Also got "we don't have them in stock so it might take time".

Never Strands again. Better to buy no-name for 1/4 of the price with better quality. An expensive lesson learned. Customer service non existing.

I recommend ordering from "China" vendors instead. More value and better customer service (non existing is better than a poor one).
