This company doesn't want new customers. From the moment he replied, he was quite reluctant to come out and look at our moisture damage.

We had a problem with one of our pipes in the house. We called for help and a technician came to look at it, which worked well. A few days later I emailed the company to get a recommendation on how to fix the problem. They replied several times that they would get back to me within a couple of days – but despite waiting for several weeks, no one heard from them. Exactly one month (!) after the visit, the technician suddenly called and asked if he could come and fix the problem. Completely unacceptable. When I said we no longer needed their help, I got the invoice right after. Very poor communication and handling of the case.

Exceptional service, 100% recommend. I had power out issue in my apartment. I spoke to Daniel and he helped me fix the problem by myself instead of selling me the service. He guided me all throughout the process and saved me thousands of sek.
