I have been using Moore & Paquette for many years, first with Art and then I switched to Liz when he left the area. I recently started a business and was advised to have Art Moore do my S Corp taxes because Liz doesn't do them. They filed my return late which incurred a $235 late fee, and they supposedly filed an extension but the IRS did not get it. Now the IRS is threatening to place a lien if I don't pay the fee. To make matters worse, my taxes were done incorrectly by Art. I can't believe I paid $1250 plus the extra $235 plus interest for my taxes to be done wrong. I showed my 2023 return to another accountant and she was horrified by how poorly it was done. I am never going back to this office ever again.
