Ni har ingen koll på vad ni håller på med. Har själv jobbat restaurang och kan man inte leverera ens halvdant när matsalen är knappt halvfull och man kommer första sittningen så kan man inte sitt jobb. Höga ambitioner men tyvärr låg leverans. Låååång väntetid på maten, väldigt fattig charkbricka och överstekt hälleflundra i en rätt illa komponerad rätt överhuvudtaget. Efterätten struntade vi i att ens beställa då vi inte orkade vänta längre och helst ville lämna stället. Bra vinlista och sjysst miljö, det är de få plus jag skickar med.
Kort och gott, med de ambitioner ni har så har ni träffat helt fel och där med speglar heller inte priserna en rättvis nivå.
Gör om, gör rätt eller gå i konkurs inom kort är mitt tips.

What a joke!!! Never been to such a bad service before . The food portion was so small for the price..we waited 1 hour to get our wine, after I reminded them. They forgot our order. And for the cherry on top, they charged us too much for the wine bottle-their excuse new cars system
.will never come back. P.s we still have not received the money back for the price diff.

We came in and the first expression was good! It was cozy and calm. The tables were however very inconvenient… the glasses were tilting and not stable, they were so small you could barely fit two plates and two pairs of cutlery on one table. Then a waiter came took our order. Very polite, but then after waiting 20 minutes we saw him next to us sitting and eating with his friend, laughing and talking(presumably not sober). We waited another 20 min and our drinks finally came out after a total of 40 minutes.(except for mine). We asked them for my drink, which they said would come. Then after 10 minutes we got all of our food at once(including the appetizers). All the food was cold!!! We decided to send back the appetizer since we didn’t want to eat them with the main dish. At this point my drink still hadn’t come out? So we ask another waiter(different from before) and then finally I got my coke(after 50+ minutes). So it was a fun experience. But I’m never coming back. First time dining here and it’ll be the last time too.

This was really a superb experience. Great service and great food. 4 stars for ambience since besides from us there was only 1 table occupied. Probably 5 stars if it was a little more crowdy.

We choose the 3-courses menu. As “förratt” I choose the Swedish dish. I really enjoyed the different kind of cheese and prosciutto/salami/moose.
For Värmratt I choose the halibut which was soft as butter. The sauce made a good combination. The potatoes were too much for me but tasted good. (In my opinion all the portions could be a little smaller.)
Then I had a taste of the tournedos of my partner. Wow! I think this was the best tournedos I”ve ever had. So tender and tasteful. Don’t hesitate, just order the tournedos!

We stopped for a late lunch when visiting Karlstad for a day. The food was amazing, so was the wine. Pay this place a visit.

Terrible experience! Almost 2 hours of waiting to get our food! The food was good yet overpriced. Two people got wrong dish, 2 other people got wrong side dish, the wine package was not delivered with the main dish for 1 person. We were charged 1 extra cappuccino and a wine bottle of 1000 SEK because the original ordered one (that only cost 380 SEK) had been sold out, yet they failed to inform us about it earlier. Long time also for the invoice and they did nothing to make things better after the dinner fiasco. We will not go back!

Very small restaurant. But also very epic. Service is perfect or above that. They are not afraid to tell where they fail. They didn't provide professional quality (five star) sommelier, but very close to it. Food was more than excellent. This is not to be missed. Make sure to book in advance.

Great food and great atmosphere! Good service and happy faces! Top!
