Tomorrow Brewing AB

Very happy to have found this place! We were looking for a brewery with food on our way back to Washington after visiting Corvallis.
The name caught our eye and the 11pm closing time sealed the deal. (Smart business decision to stay open later than any other place we looked at nearby!!)
Loved the atmosphere as soon as we stepped in the door. Being able to say I'd like to "Kiss the Girl" satisfied my Dad Joke quota for the day. (A very good Amber, BTW.) The food was delicious. I had the bratwurst and the fried brussel sprouts were great with it.
Service was attentive and friendly.
Filed away as Must Stop next time we're down this way.

Loved our visit to For Tomorrow We Die. Already loved the Maiden Voyage stout and the other beers we sampled in two very affordable flights were great. And, the nachos were awesome!

Fan-freaking-tastic! Great beer, delicious food for the whole family, and the service was absolutely great! We would be here regularly if we lived close by. 10/10 would recommend!
I had the desert bowl: YUM.
Fam had OG burger, chipotle tanch tacos, and kids chicken strips. All were great!!!

Absolutely great food, broad selection of beers, interesting decor, and music at reasonable level. French toast is amazing.

The food was to die for! No pun intended! The beer was great and the cocktails were awesome!Dev and Matador were excellent servers and offered suggestions that were helpful! Everyone is so outgoing! A must if you're in Salem Oregon!

I loved it here. It defines how a smaller tap room should be. Good beers, all available in flights, vegan friendly menu (great vgn burger), good sports screens but not too intrusive, super lovely server who looked after me as if I was a known local rather than some jet lagged Brit 😀.
Wish I could visit again and will mark this place for future road trips

Stopped by on the way from Eugene to Portland after the marathon and was looking for great beer & bites and I found both here, as well as a very welcoming and friendly staff. Very cool building (not to mention brewery name) and they did a great job with the space. Definitely a place I would hang out if I lived in the area. The grilled cheese sandwich that included goat cheese (who knew?) was incredible and the tots on the side were crispy and delicious as well. And, of course, they have a great selection/variety of beer that you can try by the glass or by the flight. I went with a flight so I could try several and I definitely enjoyed all of the brews I tried. Highly recommended.

Welcoming brew staff and wonderfully hoppy IPA in their "Gonna Be a Great Day" beer. Full bar drink offerings as well as ciders and a slate of house brews on tap.

The main space is open and airy feeling, and there's also a cozy room that's furnished like a whiskey lounge.

The menu goes 'way beyond the usual deep-fried pub fare. Try the flash-fried bussel sprouts and load them up with bacon, blue cheese and balsamic reduction...trust me, these are NOT like the usual roasted brussel sprouts that are chewy and underdone. These are heavenly, give them a go!

The Taproot grilled cheese with goat cheese and tomato was wonderful, as was the Soul Bowl with shredded BBQ chicken. Highly recommend the food here. Cheers!

10/2024 - Another great visit to FTWDBC. Had to have those very tasty brussels sprouts again and they didn't disappoint. Every bit as good as I remembered. Ordered the pretzel with beer cheese as well; it was okay but nothing to write home about. I was looking for a chewier, moister, house-made type pretzel.

Attentive and friendly Staff; welcoming atmosphere. They put the World Series on the tv BUT without sound; they kept the rap music on instead. Not happy about that since I'm a sports gal.

Try their "Do The Thing" IPA for a crisp, fruity nose, in-your-face hoppy brew. Prost!
