I went in got my hair it looks amazzing so many styles and products and hair for a good price the owner even booked me an apointment together them put in that day witch was a Sunday.

Too bad I can't give this place zero stars. This is seriously one of the WORST places ever. A whole bunch of NOTHING! Their products are complete garbage, the staff are clueless and useless, poor, poor management. Definitely don't go there. Save yourself your time, money, and stress.

Awful service… I went in to purchase a wig and the employee (the only bald guy working there) not only raised his voice at other patrons who were simply asking questions about products. He was very rude, condescending and rolled his eyes, huffing and making a fuss. “MAKE UP YOUR MIND!” he yelled. I felt so so uncomfortable. He was visibly annoyed at having to interrupt talking to his friends in order to help me out too and I got out of there as soon as I could.

On another occasion, I specifically said I did not want to be shown synthetic wigs. The employee (Asian-looking woman) reassured me that all was well and that she would only bring me mixed ones. I triple checked with her. Then after the sale I saw on the receipt that it was marked “synthetic”. The employee made up a story about how they have to code the wigs (a lie) and it turned out to be synthetic after all. Conveniently all wigs are final sale. I won’t be returning. There are other beauty supply stores with greater price/quality ratio, who will show the basics in courtesy, and who will not lie to you to make a sale.

This store is okay, it has a wide selection of products and it’s great but I’ve had a lot of unfortunate events happen while shopping here. I remember while being rung up the staff were talking a lot and the person ringing me up wasn’t paying attention I paid for items in cash then left, while still walking right by the building I checked my receipt and realized my change was completely wrong I was short 13$ at first I was like a simple mistake but since it was the third time I knew this was a common practice, please when purchasing with cash always count every penny and make sure you got your money. Of course watch out for the supper thin braiding hair because they seem to get thinner and thinner as the price rises.

Went into Nylas for my first time yesterday. I was pleasantly surprised by all the varied inventory that they carried. I wasn’t sure exactly what I needed for my hair but I spoke with Cecelia who was very knowledgeable and she directed me to several options. I tried out the product (Lotta Body Curl Defining Mousse) today on my hair and it is exactly as she described; defined curls that stay soft without that “crunchiness” that some products leave your hair feeling. Great customer service and knowledgeable staff!!!

I found this shop online and i gotta say it met my expectation.ladies this should be your stop for all things hair care,braids wigs and beauty products..they got it all,and the staffs are very hospitable
