Horribly quality home builders!
All windows leak, doors leak. "2 yr old home" supposedly gutted row home is covered in water damage.

Door frames were not even attached to the frame of the house! Just held in place by molding.

Wood floors were finished on sight. They have huge gaps in between boards, the finish has worn off(its just my husband and I).
All the drywall is wavy on ceiling and walls... The tile work has cracked in a bathroom that doesn't get used. The ductwork isn't done properly.

Their excuse... A home is like a new car... Its going to have wear and tear. These are just the tip of the list of issues. They couldn't bother to be held accountable. They didn't ever fix what they agreed to in the purchase contract for the home.

I was treated like I was ignorant and talked down to. The home was purchased directly from them.

I would RUN far away from their homes!
