Super happy, they handled a warranty issue easily and smoothly. Great watch too :-) 5 out of 5!

They do not repair watches themselves, but send them to a larger workshop (probably common to many watch shops). It costs 350 SEK and some time to get a quote for a repair. I only found out about this extra cost the day after I sent the watch in and then picked it up. I was then treated poorly by the staff. Last visit here for me.
