Super efficient service. They managed to pack all our belongings in boxes, move all furniture and boxes, and clean our apartment, all in one single afternoon. Storage worked flawless and now after 2 months the move in went great - very seamless and efficient altogether.

Very unorganized and we ended up getting charged double the price compared to the estimate, even though they did a walkthrough of the place beforehand. Also took 7 hours because only 3 guys showed up for the first 3 hours. They tore up our walls and damaged furniture, blaming us for the furniture being broken. I never post reviews but this place has too many amazing reviews and they must be paid or something.

The moving firm has clear documentation on their pricing model and there hasn't been any surprise charges. I chose their "Light" package and received flawless professional help as expected.

They were 3 hours late and damaged my floor and furniture. When I complained, they sent me a long email detailing their terms and services, like I would somehow be happier after reading that. Then they refused to even consider paying for the damages before I paid them for the move. In the end, they agreed to pay a small amount for the damages, which as of today I am still waiting to receive. On top of this, the guy who answers the phone is rude and almost gets offended if you're not familiar with their business model. Never using their services again.

Very fast and user friendly intake for taking the job yet they have arrived late and my expensive furniture got damaged and the response I have received was not acceptable. I am being told that it is my responsibility to protect it... I will choose a more professional moving company in case something goes wrong.

Absolutely terrible! We wanted to move from Sweden to Denmark. The truck they provided was a 18m3 truck, quite small for a almost 60m2 apartment. When they got our list with furniture, they claimed we had unusually much stuff for an apartment that size, which we verified we don’t have by talking to other moving companies... In the end, we agreed to pay another 3000 sek extra to get our remaining furniture delivered two weeks after the scheduled delivery.
