Really unprofessional experience. I've been in talks for buying a car for 7 days (!!) asking repeatedly for more pictures of the car and the service history so I can reserve the car, make the payment and buy it. I did not receive any of the requested things, I did receive the final offer and I accepted it (still waiting for the pictures), then no answer to the email, there was not even 1 single phone call to talk with me about the car/offer and after 2 days insisting and calling (internationally), and preparing again a new e-mail, I notice that the car was sold. like really?!

I was scared to sell a car for the first time in Sweden and they had a lot of patience and made sure to make me feel safe. Transaction was smooth and they took care of all the documents. I recommend it a lot.

Do not buy anything from this garage! I bought a Mercedes A-Class and when I got home, I realized that the headlight was moving; the mounting brackets are broken. I explained the situation to the dealer who did not offer me any solution. They refuse to take care of the headlight repair. I do not recommend buying from this dealer who has a deplorable after sales service.
