I've ordered a bicykel on Monday and got it delivered home at Tuesday.
The technicians are super professionals, the customer service is very helpful, friendly and fast!
And the best part is how they send the bicykel! They wrap it up so very well and each sensitive part to not be damaged during transport!

Ordered twice this month, their stock is wrong, add systematically + 10 days delivery. Not fair to not inform the customers before. Anyway, good price on some stuff.

Fantastic shop with most types of cycling covered. Has a talanted repair/service shop with skillful and professional staff. They really help out with anything even if it necessarily can't be fixed by them.

I ordered 2 bikes from TCM, at a time where it was almost impossible to find the bikes in any other shop in the Stockholm area. Not only TCM had better prices for these 2 bikes, but they also delivered them to my door less than 24 hours after the order has been placed.

They provided great support (via email and phone) during the purchasing process and although this was the first interaction i had with this shop i would definitely try to use it more for all my future bike needs!

Super friendly and well stacked bike store suitible for newbies as well for the more experienced biker. Sells everything you need and repairs it two. The mechanics are many and very knowledgeable about most bike configurations. Road, mtb or anything else with two wheels and pedals on.
