Too expensive for service they offering. Rooms and whole place is ready for renovation. There are swiming pool and jacuzzi baths which are good but nothing more than that. Should cost at least half of the price. Staff is very polite and helpful. If you are coming for bed and brekfast only that's not the case here. In price, they include using of spa. It is obvious that this was great hotel in 90's but now it screams for something new.

Unfortunately below expectations. Rooms with broken closets, noise on the ventilation systems, under staffed and long waiting when needing someone from the staff and high prices not matching the overall quality. I wouldn’t call it a spa either, it is a hotel with pool facilities. Families with kids were there which adds to the vibe of a pool place not really a spa.

Very landscape spa with Lake view. Super nice chimny in the entrance hall. Open atmosphere at the Hotel bar and good breakfast. Nice staff.

Very beautiful resort, good food, nice room, perfect cleanness, very nice staff.
The spa area is well designed with many water pools alternative, my favourite was the warm pool outside in the light rain.
I enjoyed my time, worth every penny.

The room was great and very dog friendly with a separate entrance for easy walking. Spa was ok, but strange to limit the time of spa to 2h per day. Surroundings and garden seem outdated and not well taken care of. Service in restaurant was not very professional.

A great spa hotel in beautiful surroundings. Great pools, indoors and outdoors. Excellent service! All staff were very friendly and attentive. The dinner was good, but the burgers somewhst boring. The salmon, however, was excellent and the poke bowl very good. The breakfast was the downside and the reason for us giving 4 and not 5. It was ok, but nothing more, and there were long lines at 9 am.

We have been at least ten times at the Spa during 25 years, the conclusion must be that we like the place. We live in Oslo, it takes us 3 hours by car to get there, at least 6 hours without. The Spa is close to the little town Sunne, nice but without a taxi service. There is bus and train services from Karlstad
