I've been an avid fan of this company for many years, but nowadays when I started to have problems in my new apartment this company is really the worst customer support I've ever encountered. Paying for 250/250mbps and only getting under 100/100mbps (90-95mbps). I discovered that I have an outdated media converter that only support speeds up to 100mbps, but still I wont get any help from Bredband2. I paid for new laptop to even measure speeds over 100mbps. Still I wont get any help. All I'm asking for is to get a new media converter. Avoid this company is my recommendation.

We struggled to cancel subscription with Bredband2. We ended up paying extra year and they disconnected the service 3 months!! before the last day of our contract. Slow and unstable connection. Aggressive service when people literally screamed on the other side of the line. 5G internet services are times cheaper and faster at the moment.

Worst bredband you can have and worst service. I cancelled mine because They charged me for a whole months amount that i havnt use it at all. First day of using it and I cancelled it right away. Awful, if you love your time and money please dont choose them.

Awful. Having price gouged us on our fiber connection for years, when given the opportunity to keep us as a customer but with some goodwill, the best they could offer was a 10% discount worth about 700 sek. We were paying 3500 sek (over 1 year) above market price for several years. When asked to speak with a supervisor, I was denied. Clearly not service minded and lack the understanding of the cost to acquire customers. Beware buyer. They will fleece you

Fairly good price. The customer service was helpful although it is atleast a 20 minute wait to connect to someone. The wifi was good the first week but now only works randomly and sometimes doesn’t work at all, it has been significantly slower since the first week.

I'm truly disappointed with Bredband2. Once upon a time, this company stood out as a beacon of reliable and speedy internet service in our area. However, lately, their quality has plummeted drastically. It's a stark shift from the outstanding service they used to offer, leaving me wondering, "What really happened?" It's a baffling deterioration and, despite attempts to get clarity, it seems no one can provide a satisfactory answer. I hope Bredband2 recognizes the drop in their standards and works towards rectifying it. Until then, my experience compels me to leave just a one-star rating. another 1 star your way folks

They turn off your internet before the month´s end even though you have paid for the whole month. They also send you reminders and requirements to pays even after you cancelled your subscription (and have the cancellation proof on paper). Feels a lot like fraud!
