I brought some headphone and they didn't work plus I can't return them

First the product didn't arrive, so I got a refund. Then I ordered it again. This time it arrived, but it was the wrong item. I bought Samsung Gear Circle headphones and they sent me Samsung Level U headphones, which are an older model and a step down from the ones for which I had paid.

Ordered an item through Groupon, 6 weeks later the item still hasn't shipped.

MobileStar was just on the news for producing fake iPhone cables that can catch fire. Don't do business with this company!

It has been almost 3 weeks since I ordered Aduro Bluetooth head set. Everything was processed on 9/21 tracking number emailed DHL they do have my package at all. Gave me a tracking # for the USPS said tracking # not available.so were is my package at emailed the company have not gotten a response yet. Groupon.please don' t advertise anything for this company.again. This is ridiculous no communication at all as to if the product is on back order or what....

Worst customer service I have ever received. Sent them over 10 emails about needing a pair of headphones replaced under warranty. When I finally got a response they gave me bogus tracking info and haven't responded since to explain why. I filled my claim for replacement the 15th of last month and still haven't received a response to my email about this issue or why I never received the replacement that your tracking claims was sent out the 15th but never showed up at the DHL shipping facility. Looks like you all have a phone number that I can try calling. O wait no one's answers the damn phone either. No surprise. I will never purchase any item from you all again or any groupon item that you all sell!!
