I called to find the right machine that would be covered by my grandma's insurance and the service was great! They explained everything I needed/ how to use it and gave me options rather than pushing the most expensive items. I will be going back.

Excellent customer service. My son had a prescription to have special shoes and the front desk lady named Anna devoted a lot of time and attention to me and my family, showing us different styles of shoes and my son really enjoyed her choice. She was very professional in talking with his insurance company and the vendor. The shoes came on time and my son wears it all the time, thank you NL medical supply. Thank you for your help.

Terrible and extremely rude front desk staff. I would give them less then 1 . I simply asked one question, and a blond lady with a short haircut was so aggressive. I was so scared, I think they need to be polite with customers to keep their business open. Never recommend this to anybody.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Should be shut down permanently.

I have had diabetes for a very long time. My doctor prescribed me diabetic shoes and recommended to me N & L Medical Supply. I was very impressed with the large selection of shoes they had to offer me. Throughout the process I received help the entire way to make sure that the shoes were right for me. I’m especially grateful for the sweet lady at the front desk Anna, she helped me find the perfect fit for me. After getting my shoes, my feet feel a lot better and don’t swell like they did before. Thank you guys for all your help, you’re AMAZING!!!

N & L has provided excellent service to me and my family since I became a patient. The customer service is excellent and they always give me a call to arrange my delivery for when it’s convenient for me. They are always very kind and carter to my needs. I consider them more than just people doing their job, they are my friends!

Terrible customer service. Unethical and dishonest people. Should be shut down. Stay away from this place if you can.

Horrible service, horrible screaming phone workers trying to get oxygen refill for my dying patient. DON'T USE THEM
