Rökeriet i Nyköping AB

Amazing experience in Nyköping, found almost by chance. The concept of rökeriet is that they smoke the fish themselves and then sell or serve it directly. The restaurant looked so nice that we decide to stay. Best choice ever! We got to try several types of fish and they were all amazingly fresh and perfectly seasoned. The staff was a bit clumsy, but they were so nice that it made little difference. Nice selection of drinks too. Will definitely come back!

Very tasty food, but small portions and a bit nonchalant service.

Overpriced! Despite nice location by Nykopings river and next to the harbour, with a terrace overlooking the river, no extra effort is made to offer a service above the basic. Old and worn out tables, chairs and cutlery and mediocre plates at vey high prices!

They serve mainly fish dishes which were fresh and good quality. Nice location by the river, sever tables outside during summer and more inside at second floor. Toilet available inside. Free parking available close by.

A small nice restaurant. Focus on fish and seafood 🦞. We tried the shrimp sandwich ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️and shrimp salad⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The location is everything and with sunshine ☀️ and sitting at the riverside is really nice. They also have seats indoors. Very good and fast service.

Pleasant location overlooking river. No inside seating when we were there, and no rain protection. Very well presented tasty food - never had a dish before with one item appearing to eat the other food on the plate (pork with two langoustines (see photo). Eye-wateringly expensive food & drink. Don't bother with the smoked shrimps - boring and expensive. Friendly helpful staff, prompt service.
