Trodde det var bra från början när jag för något år sen gick lite till rehaben, men efter ca andra gången så tyckte de att nu behöver du inte komma hit mer fastän jag fortfarande hade besvär. Sen i somras när jag behövde hjälp efter att ha haft feber i mer än fem dygn fick jag helt värdelöst bemötande, fick antibiotika och när jag var tillbaka en vecka senare och fortfarande inte mådde bra fick jag höra att jag hade lunginflammation. Så bra att de inte berättade det första gången.... Att få läkarintyg var ingen lätt match heller. Och juste, du kan inte förnya recept utan att få en kostnad som vanligt läkarbesök då läkaren måste ringa och godkänna förnyelsen, varje gång. Listat om mig nu.

I had a very mixed experience at this Vårdcentral. I had a horrible experience with the first doctor I saw. I came from abroad already with a PTSD diagnosis and requested help for that. I was prescribed medication and referred to the psychologist of the VC, with the only notes being that I had only depression and anxiety disregarding everything I had said. The psychologist might be great for helping people with more common conditions but may not have been prepared to deal with PTSD. The medication did not work and when I requested to change antidepressants I asked for something that wouldn’t make me sleepy cause I already slept for 12 hours a day… the doctor gave me meds given in psych wards to help patients sleep. After that I requested a different doctor cause my condition worsened and after the change the doctor went above and beyond, though the VC attempted to send me once again to my old doctor which made me lose trust again.

Deserving of 0 stars. Tried to call to schedule a check up after an allergy attack last week. They kept repeating that they do not do allergy testing and when I tried to tell them that I wanted to a general check up for overall health, they began cutting me off as I spoke. Refusing to let me finish a sentence and speaking louder over my voice to tell me I was not listening and check ups cost 3500kr. When I said to try let me finish a sentence, they said it was not about trying to do that, that they couldn't do every test in the world and I needed to be more specific. Very unprofessional, uncompassionate and underwhelming standards of acceptable care. Clearly a profit over people location.

I would give them a zero. Without physically examining me they prescribed a medication which caused a serious allergic reaction and a rash. I am amazed they are so careless! Would never recommend anyone to go here

Got a quick appointment on the same day. Doctor understood problem very clearly and helped us. Thank you.

Worst cusomer service ever seen. Unethical and disrespectful. I don't understand why they think they are the only ones working in the whole universe and everybody else is arbetslös living on their mercy.

I came in with an unknown acute abdominal pain with a booked appointment at the emergency department after having answered questions on their website which sent me there the day after. The doctor was a bit late which seemed to frustrate the other people but he was friendly and apologetic to me and said that this is an emergency department, sometimes it takes longer than you expect. I think that is fair enough.

After 40 minutes of waiting from my original appointment I got to see the doctor and he did not waste any time and started his procedures right away.

At no moment did I feel unconformable with what was going on or embarrassed even though the procedures were of the kind that before you do them the very idea is horrific. The nurses were also very nice and understanding.

All in all, I cannot complain at all with how I was treated and having to wait 40 minutes extra was no trouble for me. I have waited hours upon hours to get an x-ray at other clinics in the past.

Every time I needed help I always felt like nobody believed me, even though I showed to have symptoms etc. It's almost impossible to speak to a doctor, I always get to speak just with the receptionist, who always minimizes what I feel instead of trying to help.The most common answer they give is to "rest" or "wait and see". When I asked for common practice tests, I was told that "they never heard of it before".
