Water is so over chlorinated! We have to keep open containers of itto gas off before using. I can't imagine why that's necessary. Our water in St Louis is great, never a chlorine odor.

Just another typical utility company that has their victims…I mean customers…over a barrel. If you want water, you’re stuck. They can do whatever they want. They’re very lucky that people don’t have other options

Decent water. A bit heavy on calcium but that's because of where we live. Good staff.

They're responsive and work hard. Quite a chlorine smell sometimes but a consistent, clean supply.

I'm renting from a slumlord in a place on South Blackburn Road just south of Athens Ohio that has this Lee ax water system. For the second time in less than a couple months the water has gone out again. When it's restored the last time brown nasty goo flowed for quite some time before it finally cleared and after that there were Bubbles and god-knows-what in it for a day or two. Besides that it's so heavily chlorinated you can't drink it. Absolutely wonderful. I can't wait to see what happens in the winter!

The customer service was very good. Informative and polite. I called in and they had everything ready to go when I got there. I am very happy with the price and service, well explained.

No water again

Absolutely AWFUL water - eats through ALL water fixtures within a few years! NOW - LOTS of water damage in my kitchen due to water eating though connections, pipes and faucets. Water is so chlorinated that I can run my daughter a bath and it smells worse than an indoor pool. I can't even let her get in because it smells so bad! Every single fixture in my house has had to be replaced within last 7 years - the kitchen faucet twice within the last 3 years! Amazing! I can't believe you charge people for this "service"???
