I normally go to the location by my house for my brows, but Alexa did such an amazing job, I may make the journey back to this one for my next appointment! If you need a brow artist, look no further! Alexa is the one!

I am so glad I found my new waxer. I was going all the way to the oak park location for the past 6 months after paradise left (😢) but couldn’t make oak park so tried here again last month - tiarra took care of me and I am so grateful. She is amazing at what she does and it shows. Thank you so much Tiarra!!

Service was good but we came in for our first free waxes and they asked if my partner wanted to upgrade his and said it was basically the same thing. Did not disclose that the upgrade would cost $29.

My experience was great! can’t wait to go back. I absolutely adore Victoria she made me feel so comfortable and recommended great routines with products!

Each EWC location I have visited is different, this Elmhurst location has the best staff. I love Rachel for any waxing that I may need. She’s fantastic! I am not for gatekeeping even if it means I may have a hard time booking her in the future. I’ll just book weeks ahead, which we just did, with the holidays coming up and her time off. I can’t say enough good things about this location. It’s always so clean also.

Alexa was great and attentive. And I would love to ask for her personally if I was a resident of the area. Unfortunately, she had to keep apologizing due to the a/c unit issues in the building which caused me to sweat profusely…we were actually apologizing to one another. We continued to talk through it which made my time less bothersome. Alexa is most definitely a jewel in this establishment.

Rachel was very patient with me and very knowledgeable in her services. Matter of fact, I already scheduled my next appointment with her. She is super amazing I highly Recommend to schedule all your services with Rachel.😊

Hazel took very good care of me. She has great hospitality and very patient. I would absolutely be back to have her service me again!
