I have been doing business with this company for years. My packages are always on time. Customer service is great. This is one of the few companies that actually provide some type of package tracking. I highly recommend Emex for your shipping needs.

I have to apologize ... there have been a misunderstanding about my review.. when I went to the office the staff were very professional and explained to me the reasons why the charges were different.. management was very happy to accommodate me. Again I was very impressed by their way of doing business.

Michael and his team are always on point, I have been shipping with Emex for years and never defaulted. They exceeded my expectation on my last shipment. Helped me on a rainy day at last minute. My mom got all her stuff on time.

I have shipped multiple times with this company, and in general my reviews for companies are positive. I add these details to indicate that:

1. I’m qualified to have an opinion about EMEX, because I’ve used them repeatedly
2. I’m not in the habit of giving 1-star reviews online. It takes an unusually bad case for me to do this.

This company has extremely poor customer service. Packages are consistently late, invoices are incorrect, and it’s difficult to get in touch with anyone at the company to correct problems when they arise.

I strongly advise that you avoid this company if you have any other options.
