Friendly staff, English speaking. Overnight turnaround. 5kg of washing was 800 SEK, about 1/3 of price of hotel.

The price I was quoted was SEK 150/kg, with a min of SEK 400. I was almost ready to pay that, even though I can almost buy new clothes (underwear and t-shirts) for that price.

But what lead me to walk out was her weighing the clothes while standing in front of the scale and claiming they weighed about 15-20% more than they turned out to when she weighed them so I could see. When I queried that, she said the scale was “bad”.

I rarely take the time to leave a negative review, but after waiting 3 days to see whether I was still upset, I decided to do so. I came to this place because it had good reviews. I went a day ahead of time to check it out. The next day was a different lady, but she took my clothes. I had been hiking in Norway and needed them washed. She charged me $42 to wash one load of clothes. I literally only had 10 things to wash: two pair of jeans, 1 legging, 1 lounge pants, 4 shirts, and 2 pairs of socks. That is $4.20 per item. That is ridiculous! She kept saying a hotel would’ve charged much more! I said you washed one half load of clothes. You didn’t dry clean them. Outrageous! I have never been charged that ANYWHERE before, even in New York or San Francisco, both of which are more expensive than Stockholm. In Spain, it cost me $8 for 2 big loads of clothes. This woman robbed me. This is the only bad experience I have had in Scandinavia. I intended to give only one star, but now Google won’t let me change it. 😡 Agree on a price UPFRONT, if you dare to go here. She gave Stockholm a bad name.

staff is friendly and very accommodating. service was fast and priced reasonably fair for tourist!

Le staff est très serviable, voir amical. Le travail est très bien fait et de manière contentieuse. Un service impeccable, mais qui se paie. Pour un pack de linge sal standard, comptez 400SEK tout de même. Notez aussi qu'ils préfèrent les espèces plutôt que la carte. Assez rare à Stockholm

Very fast and friendly service! Place is convenient too.
The price was 400 SEK per load, brought it in at 9 am and was done by 17. 3 days worth of laundry in one load, much better deal than doing it at the hotel. They take credit cards too.
