Everything is fine except service. The place looks popular, so the kitchen is overwhelmed sometimes, that is ok. We had been waiting for one and a half before the food was delivered. And nobody even notified us that the waiting time is going to be so long.

The updated menu has a vegan burger which was a pleasant surprise. Chips were overly salty and as other reviews noted the service wasn't not the best but all in all nice.

Nice to sit by the canal. Excellent fish soup. Recommend the fish soup as main course. The salmon burger was a bit on the dry side.

A weak 4star. Food was outstanding, atmosphere wonderful. Service, had better ,can't expect much of high school age personnel...

The ambiance is really nice, spending a sunny summer evening here is very beautiful. The fish dishes is what you want to eat.. Even if the "famous" fish soup was sadly lacking any kind of culinary love. The warm-smoked salmon was very good. Slight minus for slow service.

The fish soup is a must try!

Excellent views. Excellent prawn sandwich - lots of prawns and nicely presented.

The staff could however add a smile and show they enjoy working here.

Very tasty fresh food served in a beautiful setting next to the Dalsland Canal. The seafood pasta was a delight! The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Prices are moderate in the dining area and a less expensive option is the deli counter which is accessed at the side entrance. A memorable meal in a cozy location!
