Mariana and the Telemind Testing Department make the process as stress free as possible. Very understanding if i need to reschedule and always a pleasure to speak with. I have nothing but praise for the doctors and the administrative staff at Telemind.

I must say that I'm impressed with the Telemind Clinic. Everyone has been very helpful and willing to do whatever it takes to get you the help you need and to find you a Dr. you're comfortable with talking to. It took 3 different Dr's for me to find Dr. Joseph Tonui. Since I found him, I'm back on track and focused properly in my life and my work. I must also mention (Mariana) in the Telemind Testing Lab.
She is awesome at making sure I get the time spot that works best for me when it's time for me to do my test. Which I take right from my own home and is set up for me with an access code because they are recorded and monitored tests. I must say Thank you to everyone at Telemind Clinic.

TELEMINDS'S DR. JOSEPH & Mariana and their fellow staff members were easy to work with and accommodated my busy schedule, treated me kindly and I thank them all for a job well done and the excellent customer service for those who need them.

Telemind has truly got my ADHD under control and for that I am eternally grateful. Over 40 years of just not knowing why I could learn anything but achieve nothing. Why my mind would wander and my focus would be uncontained. Part of the process is the Connor's test which checks your ability to maintain attention. For my diagnosis I have to take this test twice every four months to make sure the treatment is working as needed. Mariana at the Telemind Testing Department is a professional and class act. They facilitate me in taking the Connors test which requires a computer and using AnyDesk to connect to their side. This way you can remotely do the test without having to come in to the office. Thanks again for looking out for me Telemind and I am so grateful that I am finally on the right track. The things I have done lately you would not believe. As I said before when I am out of my situation in life I will still use this clinic out of my own pocket.

URGENT UPDATE!!! 11/19/2024 Tuesday 8 AM. THIS company believes in THEFT! They believe it is ok to steal from customers in this corporation. It's not a good look Telemind, stealing from ex-clients is considered FRAUD! This fraudulent company tried to steal money out of my banking account for $219.99! DO NOT let this horrid place use your cards nor get information of your cards as a "just in case your insurance doesn't cover" bull... This company believes in theft! An absolute horrible service! DO NOT USE THIS TRASH SERVICE! Unreliable and Untrustworthy! Extremely unorganized!

An absolute horrible service! DO NOT USE THIS TRASH SERVICE! Unreliable and Untrustworthy! Extremely unorganized! I tried different Dr's, just to see if the service would change but nope. It's awful.1st issue is they never answer the phone if you want to ask questions about your care, they state it's open 24hrs but it's untrue since they will not answer the phone. But If you call saying you're a new patient they will answer just for the money.
Unfortunately for me I couldn't understand the first Dr I had due to the heavy accent they had and I'm hard of hearing. I had to keep asking them to repeat themselves which seemed to frustrate and aggitate them (I understand this, anyone would get frustrated by this). Another issue is why is the dr only showing half of their face? I felt as if I was being disrespected and looked down on because the Dr couldn't even give me the courtesy of facing me. Just because you're a "Dr" doesn't mean you're a better person. Now the 2nd Dr. that I switched to didn't even bother calling or messaging me for the appointment that I had. I called once again to telemind and they DIDN'T ANSWER, BIG SHOCKER! I called again to the change/cancel appointment line and finally got to speak with someone. They told me my appointment was with my first Dr on a different day (I had already canceled that appointment with that Dr since I didn't understand them and I felt they were disrespectful). What happened to the appointment with the new Dr? What did they do? Why are they so unorganized? Why would they keep appointments that I had already canceled? They're just after money by falsifieing appointments that you never made or canceled. By far the worst service from a company that I have ever dealt with. This company just stressed me out and I'm worse off than when I started with them. Don't trust this place with anything. They will not see you unless you provide a debit card or credit card even if you have insurance. Unreliable service and Untrustworthy. STAY AWAY FROM THEM! THEY ARE AFTER MONEY!

*9/13/2024 3 weeks later: I received a text from this place stating they noticed I canceled my appointment and they decided to reschedule a new appointment for me in 8 days and if this works for me to not respond.
If I need to change it, I would need to call. What kind of absurdity is this? I ended services with them! Why continue harassing me? I messaged back stating that I had canceled services with this company etc. The following day (today Friday 9/13/24) I received another message that the Dr. wants to schedule me for a cognitive test. I actually messaged back stating I did end services with this company and to stop the harassment. Someone responded and said "Sure." I called the company to make sure all of the services ended which I had already done but had to do again, and to cancel this so called appointment that I did NOT APPROVE NOR DID I REQUEST! I also let them know once again that I had ended all services with them. They stated they will note down that I ended services with them in the file so it wouldn't happen again. Funny since they stated they were going to do this for me 3 weeks ago when I originally ended services with this incompetent company. I also stated to the young man that if this harassment continues with this company I would be getting lawyers involved. The reasoning behind this is because I ended service with them and in their paperwork it states if you miss an appointment with them, you are responsible for payment even if it is missed. I don't want to be charged for their mistakes caused from their disorganization and lack of communication within the company. Once again as I stated before they seem to be after money by falsifieing appointments with Dr's that you never made nor agreed to even after ending services with them. Shameful. This place is a mess. When you're a new patient scheduling an appointment the staff answering your call is amazing and very helpful. But after that services go downhill. It is disheartening.

No, I DO NOT Recommend

I had lost my phone and didn't know how to reach out to them until I got a email from Mariana, just SAVED me so much stress. Had she not reached out I wouldn't be able to explain my circumstances and postpone my appointment until a later date, 2 months down and my situation was complicated and it took 3 emails total from her to resolve the situation and I just wish more people in other industries had this work ethic. She EMAILED me to check on me I am so grateful for that reaching out.

Mariana with the Telemind testing department is very easy to work with as the testing helps make sure that i’m on the correct adhd medication
