Nice quiet hotel next to a wild river. Hard to beat. Food nice , (served in buffé style for our group). Missing the decaf instant coffe and some herb/roibos options. Room 206 spacious double. TV left a few questionmarks -1 channel only! No wifii-password in the room(easy to add in the infosheet or on a separate note if change often). Kettle in room. Good info on nearby nature in the basement(Naturrum).

Cool spot at the river. Don't expect too much, but it's the ideal place to stay for one night.

Great place to stay if you like the great outdoors. The food was great, healthy and great value for the money. The best thing of all was that the owner arranged a dog sleigh ride for us and helped us with all our wishes. I highly recommend a stay here and I will certainly come back soon.

A group of 8 of us had cabins 7 and 8 for 5 nights over New Years. The cabins were of a very high standard with microwaves, hobs, fridge/freezer and great hot showers. There were 2 bunks in each room with a slightly bigger bed on the bottom, both were comfortable. We purchased the linen package for beds and towels which were good standard. It is a lovely property and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, for example we lost our car key and they offered to drive us somewhere. I highly recommend this place!

A bit noisy due to the rapids. 399cubic meters a second. Great place for photography. Intermittent Wi-Fi.

Nice surrounding. Food ok but not more. Buffe dinner is not a good trademark. Good conference facilities. Personel were almost shy and hesitant.

I think is a nice play to stay, viewwise! But it might be too noisy... the water is constantly flowing, with a powerful stream, specially during the melting period!||You might want to try the camping, 200 m to the left, because it is further away from the river! However, the view from the hotel is unbeatable! Take earplugs, if necessary! :)
