Probably the worst experience I have had in Stockholm so far in terms of customer service. Both of the people working in the store were mean on purpose, and refused to give me the package until I showed the qr code I did not know I needed. There were saying I should have gotten a sms with a code that I didn't (I got an email) and started ignoring me after I asked where should I find the code they needed. After I finally found it on my own and gave my ID, the guy threw my ID card back at me supper annoyed. If you can choose another pick up point - do it, I have heard other really petty stories from that place.

This week, I've had an awful experience with one of their employees. I had a package delivered to their location, and despite visiting five times in total (no exaggeration), the same individual couldn't locate it. Each time, he brushed me off, asking me to come back the next day. It wasn't until my partner went there, refusing to leave until the package, which had been clearly delivered and registered in the store, was found. I even contacted PostNord to confirm the delivery details although I already had them in my PostNord app. Eventually, the package was discovered hidden behind their racks. What's frustrating is that the employee only put in effort to search in detail when my partner, a man, insisted, while I, a woman, was consistently asked to come back the next day.

The guy at the counter did not want to hand me my package because there was a small spell mistake in my first name (one letter out of my 10-letter first name was missing). However, the name was still clearly identifiable as mine, the last name was correct and I had all the tracking information about this package! In the end the package was sent back and I had lots of extra cost and time to get the contents of my package. I am very unhappy about this and would never want to collect a package at Franzens Livs again. Very unprofessional!

No customer service what so ever.. once I wanted to get my package and I showed them sms from PostNord, but they rejected it and said that I need the digits, which was stated in the sms!
My wife wanted to get her package for a month but couldn’t get it and they didn’t seem want to help her out.
Today I wanted to send a package and they refuse it because it is a little bit over 700gram and I didn’t booked it via online. Thereafter I went to the one in odengatan and I had no problem at all. These guys gave me an offer to have a tracking number instead of just refuse to take my package.
It is easier to refuse than to help, but I wonder how many customers they will loose because of their bad attitude?!?! Obviously they have loose me. I send and receive packages for work and have been smoothly done in the PostNord service station in odengatan.
