I ordered 15 chicken wing there’s a promotion buy 15 and get 15 free and because I told them about the prom they got mad and they didn’t want to take my order and they were so rude and the refuses to take my order ….Literally they ignored us like we were nobody .. Omg I was so upset because I always go there to eat …I don’t know who is worse the manager or the Mexican cashier ..

Customer service was not good, sandwich did not have enough chicken on it. Will not visit this store again. Do not waste you money and time

Save your money. Paid $17 for wings, got them home and they taste like they had just been sitting and was recoded in sauce. I called to see if they can be remade and supposedly they have a policy that they will not remake or refund once it’s left the store. Who’s tasting a wing in the store?? Last time I’ll get anything from here. Avoid Avoid Avoid

I called and it is under new management I was informed. I wanted to order 200 wings for a party the online menu says $199, the lady on the phone was telling me $260. She refused to help me and informed me that she was email the owner.

Laurel Lakes Pediatric Dentistry
We are a local business in Laurel and for a luncheon we ordered America's Best Wings for pickup. Upon returning to the office we noticed there was ranch or blue cheese in the bag, one of employees went all the way back to America's Best for the front desk person to say it's a .50 charge for the sauce. We placed an order for over 30 wings and this lady was saying we needed to pay for dipping sauces. She was very rude in her delivery and did not have good customer service. The employee left with no dipping sauces, when the doctor called to inquire why the employee said "Wing orders does not come with a complimentary sauce you have to pay for it" which is absurd! Any other location will give you at least 1 complimentary sauce with your order. For this reason we will not be placing another order with this location and will tell others about our horrible experience.

The manager is rude and does not deliver good service. I’m pregnant and I placed an order on the phone for a Philly cheesesteak ADD shrimp. My husband came to pick up my food and at first she did not know where my food order was at so I had to call Beckett and confirm it. when I receive my order, it was only shrimp on it, so I proceeded to call the establish me bad. The lady then argued with me back-and-forth, saying that well her lady did not get it wrong so she can do nothing to help me and she hung up the phone. Please do not ever go to this establishment ever again.

Love the food here! Staff is super friendly and the wait is never long. Everything I have tried has been delicious.
