Standard rooms with ok beds and bathroom. Unfortunately our room had a view towards a gravel parking lot. Good extra rooms with tabletennis, sauna, jacuzzi, pool table (with broken tops on the pool sticks) and a good breakfast.

Easy to check-in, even after the staff had left the building.

Okay, the rooms are relatively nice in this hotel, we arrived on a snow day, so the view outside is nice as well. Only problem of the room is the noise from the engine room next to us, which is quite noisy and the noises continued during our stay.||But I have a more important question I would like to ask: WHERE ARE THE HOTEL STAFF AND BREAKFAST? I noticed that we were probably the only guests in the hotel last night, so I received this notice in Swedish (I speak English) stating that the restaurant would not be open, but the next morning we went to the restaurant at 8:00 and the door was locked? Even though we were the only guests, there was no breakfast? I clearly remembered that when I booked the room, the hotel provided breakfast, even until 10 o'clock on Saturdays. So where is the breakfast? Where are the front desk staff? Is a guest no longer a guest? Do you only provide service when the hotel is full? If so, please don’t accept reservations when you don’t want to provide any services, good luck. (Oh btw don’t try to call them, they never picked up the phone call)

We found absolutely a hidden gem. The food is awesome... staff is really helpful. Rooms could be updated but the place wins all the negative things. Old mansion in the middle off nowhere but so close to the main road E4 south or north. You really have to check this plavmce and taste their food 😍

A beautiful place if you want to have a wedding ceremony. Or maybe have a conference.
The decorations are so pretty and cute.
The place in general needs some repairs.

There is 2 saunas one for men and one for women. In addition to 2 small outdoors swimspa.

The room I lived in was clean and enough for 1 person.

There is a plenty of rooms for meetings.

The best thing about this place in the balcony at the 2nd floor. The view is unforgettable. Perfect for unique photosessions.

The service was good and the workers were smiling all the time.

The outside is very inviting but the room I had was very old style and not very cosy. Bathroom was big and had all I needed but also was designed some décades ago. But everything was clean and very quiet.The personal was extremely friendly and helpful. The small inner I had was really good. As it is situated only few kilometers from Sundsvall airport I would select this hotel again for early morning flights.

We stayed here one night during our Scandinavian roadtrip. The hotel is not far from the main road E4 near Sundsvall city. This is a good altermative for city hotels in Sundsvall. There is plenty of free parking places and the environment is silent.||||We arrived after regular check-in time but that was not a problem. Service was very friendly and there were not many customers at the time of our visit. I got a feeling that this hotel is intended especially for conference groups and July is a low-season for them. Anyway, our room was clean and comfortable and breakfast ok, especially for the price.

I have here a very good accommodation. Situated near the city of Sundsvall, Sorakers Herrgard is an excellent hotel. Very clean, nice, great scandinavian design, all the confort you need. Also, the breakfast was very rich and consistent.Opposite the hotel is the bus station, so that you can go in Sundsvall. || I remember with pleasure the time spent here, in Sundsvall, and in Sweden. I recommend this wonderful hotel.
