terrible place, don't recommend!! I bought an HBO vacuum for Christmas, after several uses, I vacuumed up the meat, liquid from the meat got into the machine and I was hit with a 220 volt electric shock! !!!!!! I came to the store with a guarantee, explained the situation, and my car was taken away for inspection. After 3 weeks I received an email saying that I was not entitled to a new device because it was my fault for the breakdown!!! They didn’t refund my money, didn’t give me a new device, and didn’t fix mine!!! !! !!!thanks for the service!!!
