Generally had a very good experience with their bulk foods. But their Avocado oil was rancid. I didn't open it right away and it sat in my pantry unopened for 6 weeks. When I opened it, it had a very strong and unpleasant smell, which means it's rancid. They refused to replace it as they have a 2-week policy. So keep that in mind if you're buying from them - check it right away else you're out of luck. Certainly not buying Avo oil from them again as the shelf life for Avo oil is months after first opening.

Larva infested almonds: I bought 3 kg of almonds in late November and then went on a month long work trip. This week I opened the first bag and found it infested with larva, a strange sort of debris and almonds they had nibbled on. A few days later several moths appeared in my kitchen. Rawfood shop refuses to reimburse as I didn't make the complaint within 2 weeks of purchase. I don't think this is a reasonable time limit for dried goods. I did complain within 2 months, and the sell-by date is 2024.

I urge you to not buy products that are vulnerable to infestation from this shop!

Scam people using pay service, they make sure to send you an email stating that the order has been delivered so they can get paid by the pay service, and when you look for your order with the delivery company, they haven't received the order. I advice you to use a different health food store, so you actually get your order. It's been a week since the scammers claimed to have delivered the order. They get no stars at all!

All kinds of grains, flours, flakes, dried fruits, nuts, seeds, etc....incredible.
I was looking for a buckwheat products and most supermarket has one but didn't seem fresh. Here, looked more fresh and also available in different shapes. Country of origin is also written at the back which was not found in the ones sold at supermarkets.
