Cold air duct constantly blowing air. Wouldn't be so bad in the summer not in -41c.
Tould desk but wasn't interest.

Lovely hotel with very clean facilities all round!! Fully equipped kitchen where you can cook a meal. Nice views from the room windows. You definitely will have a restful night in this hotel, it felt very homey.

In october 2021 I was driving through whole Sweden and had to take a pit stop in Docksta. From the choice offered in Docksta that hotel seemed to be the best offer. I came around 22:00 so there wasn't anybody at the reception but there was a note at the door to call the receptionist who actually lives nearby. 3 mins after a very pleasant man arrived and proceed thru check-in. The room was very cosy with a nice forest wallpaper. I really liked the self service kitchen offered to guests. The only thing that could be improved is temperature in a room. It was a little colder than I like. Except that- Top choice in Docsta.

Kind and friendly owners who helped me out with an unusual request. Rooms big, clean and comfortable. Good facilities for hikers - drying room, guest kitchen and secure storage lockers. Booking a room with a sea view is worth the extra at this hotel.

We had planned an exploration of the High Coast for a week and wanted accommodation as a starting point for our hikes. The location was perfect and it was only a minute's drive to the various entrances to Skuleskogen and Skuleberget, other popular excursion destinations were within 45 minutes drive.||||The rooms were large enough and there was a well equipped communal kitchen and in the fridge there were shelves marked with your room number. ||The breakfast was perfectly adequate even though it was not fresh bread or buns. There was a gas grill available and a smaller spa that could be used at a cost. ||The staff was friendly and everything worked well with both check in and check out.||||We lived on the 1st floor and right by the patio / grill which we did not think was optimal as everyone who was there looked straight into our room so remember to book the 2nd floor if you want to avoid this.||||Walking distance to a couple of places that serve food and to the grocery store||WiFi that was free did not work stably or was sufficient and could barely be used in the afternoon and evening||Free parking

Room was spotless, beds were comfortable. Typical Swedish smallish room. Not conducive to doing any work - uncomfortable chairs and just a low coffee table. Good wifi reception. Self-service breakfast was simple with cereals, breads, cold cuts and cheese, yogurt - good if you want an early start. Not manned 24/7, but there is a code to get into the building. Extremely convenient to the E4. We are very sensitive to road noise and found the levels from the road traffic - lots of big trucks - disturbing.

Convenient stopover close to E4, the rooms were clean and the beds were very convenient. You made your own breakfast so no fixed times which was good. We did not hear any noise from outside so no disturbance from traffic. We visited Skuleskogens National Park which was only 15 minutes away by car.

The hotels in Örvik being all fully booked, we landed in this small hotel. Well, for this price, the room as well as my bed is OK. You have to prepare your breakfast yourself, but that's OK as well. Negative is that you have the light coming from the corridor the whole night as well as the noise from the ventilation system. Temperature for the shower was at the bottom limit.
