I was surprised to see this company operating in Canada. They make fake promises and paint rosy pictures, but once you make the payment, they stop providing any support. I had paid the Mumbai branch for my PR process, and it was a frustrating experience. Half the staff seemed clueless about the process, and there was constant turnover. By the time new employees got up to speed, it only caused further delays.
