I have to say, I'm not impressed. I placed an order four days ago, and it has not appeared on my North Bay account's list of orders. I have not received a shipping notification. And North Bay is not responding to messages I have sent them. This is really disappointing. When I used them a few years ago, they were good. Now they're awful. I do not recommend them.

Just received my order of dried spinach and dried onions. I am very impressed with the fresh scent of these dried vegetables. Since I bought bulk qualities of both, the winter will be more enjoyable with these ingredients in my soups.

I really love their freeze dried fruit! It can be expensive, but so worth it. Freeze dried blueberries on Cheerios lends the perfect crunch and sweet with the cereal getting soggy as I eat it. And the blueberries turn the milk blue! I've added freeze dried strawberry powder to my smoothies to give them extra fresh strawberry flavor. ATK says adding freeze dried strawberry powder helps cooked strawberries retain their fresh taste.

High quality products at reasonable prices. I personally switch into crack-head mode when it comes to the freeze dried okra! (Soooo good!). Be sure to check the tabs for customer reviews and cooking tips for ideas to enrich your recipes.

I've been a customer for years and always liked the the products and the service. One thing that ruins everything for me is their silence on the source of their freeze-dried fruit. I've sent three inquires over the past several years asking them to clarify whether their fruit comes from China or other countries, perhaps some are locally sources but they always ignored my questions. Seeing reports on how contaminated Chinese food products are, I am quite concerned and not happy that North Bay Trading won't tell me exactly what I am putting in my body. That's sneaky and unprofessional. Thinking of buying my own freeze dryer which are becoming more and more affordable as more people are buying them.

Everything was awesome (except the freeze-dried blueberries).
The dehydrated carrots tasted just like fresh carrots when I added them to my stew. The freeze dried strawberries are exceptional. My very picky nephew loves them. And they were a good price.

I was nervous ordering from a company I'd never heard of, but the food was delicious and I had a great experience. Highly recommend.

I recently placed an order with North Bay for a variety of items. Unfortunately, one of the bags had a tear in it. I contacted them and they sent not one, but two replacement bags of their delicious Savoy Cabbage to me. Not only are their products top of the line, but their customer service is wonderful as well. I'll definitely be placing more orders with them in the future! Thanks North Bay for showing me that great customer service is still alive in this country!

The owner just wrote. I was surprised and pleased. He gave the tips for perfectly prepared wild rice. I wrote back to tell him I've loved his product for many years. The kernels are HUGE and so flavorful and healthy. I especially like to put stroganoff or black beans over the rice. I highly recommend this product. Sincerely, Rose Mueller
