Great experience with Jenna. She answered all our questions about the swim spa. We were able to leave a deposit to hold the swim spa until we are able to complete construction on our back porch at our home. We are very happy we have up to 12 months to move the swim spot to our home. Thanks again.

I looked into spas over a year ago. Jenna was very helpful. My wife and I had to take care of some other home priorities first, but in the meantime, Jenna checked in with me often, but not in an annoying fashion. After about a year, Jenna alerted me to a sale on a CalSpa plug and play hot tub. My wife and I went to the store and purchased it on a Saturday; it was delivered the following Wednesday. Jenna does a good job with all of her customer contacts. And, she also knows EVERYTHING about all of the spas. Very happy experience and highly recommended.

Jenna is amazing! She understood our needs in a spa and helped us through the whole process. We were able to learn a lot and know for sure that we were making the right choice. The showroom has a great selection and seeing the spas helped me better understand the meaning of the differences between the options I had to choose from.
