Disappointing to be charged 90p for a receipt. It's not clear that the cost will be added - it just says (on phone screen) - Do you want a receipt via SMS? So I ticked YES - (It costs you NOTHING to produce that...) It gives a very sour taste to then see 90p added for a receipt. Imagine that in a shop?! You're hiding behind being online... The rest of the transaction process was easy ... let's hope the event happens!

Billetto are scammers, dont waste your money and buy somewhere else. They sold me tickets and when I arrived the security had no record of any event that evening. I have since tried getting my money back and been ignored. Do not buy from this company or you'll regret it.

The event is cancelled and they keep the transaction fee. The person they made an arrangement with who then cancelled the event isn't out of pocket, and nor are they, just the third party customer

Great service! One of the best on the market. We always use it for our charitable events.

Bought a ticket for an event then was later informed the event had been cancelled. Never received a refund as was told they only act as promoters and can not handle payments to me. Doesn't exactly inspire trust for future events and I wouldn't consider buying from them again.

This venue is without doubt the hottest venue I've ever been to.
Really nice outside and at the bar, dangerously restricted air flow inside.
