I called for a bulky item pickup and waited on the phone for 5 minutes so I decided to go on chat. I placed the order for 11-19-24 pickup and no confirmation number is give. I tried to call today (11-19-24) at 8AM and also tried to chat-no one answered chat- I called again and placed on hold. I saw another phone number 626-855-5540 and person was not in so I left a message. Hopefully someone will take action. Not good customer service for a new company that replaced the old waste company they replaced.

This place is attempting to rob residents.
The waste management is funded by annual taxes
They have convenientlu6made "clerical errors" on 3 or my residential accounts, my mother's account, and one neighbor that I know of and are sending separate bills to the homes also. In essence they are attempting to double bill residents, and pass it off as a "clerical error" that isn't getting corrected.
And specialize in long wait times and dropped calls when you call rectify the matter.
I will be reporting the proper governing entity, they need to be invested for fraud and malicious practices

I’m a resident at 11338 Valley Blvd, El Monte, 91731. My escrow closed on 10/24, and I began my service with Valley Vista the same week. In that first week, my new neighbors and I returned home to find our trash cans full, requiring us to call Valley Vista to remind them that our community needed service. Today marks what should be the 5th week of service, yet this is the 3rd time our trash has not been collected on the scheduled service day. Please be more responsible!

City of Pasadena has quiet hour ordinance from 10pm to 8AM. I was woken up at 630 with them outside my window. I'm the property manager of a senior complex and will be reporting this company to the city! Ridiculous

My husband has tried 4 or 5 times by phone to contact Valley Vista, to let them know they overlooked our address to receive new trash cans, the rep he spoke to said that missing cans will be delivered tomorrow (that was the first call) and was given same information on subsequent calls to get disposal cans for our home. Today is Tuesday October 22, 2024 our regular trash pick up day and still no cans. The week or two prior while Valley Vista Services was leaving cans for our neighbors around our home, we did not receive did not any, but did take all our old cans from the prior service we had, which left us without any place to put our trash. We’re not getting anywhere with this company. Maybe BBB, City reps etc., to complain,

Horrible company with no customer service. Job was cancelled and we made them aware withing HOURS of the cancellation happening we received an email confirming our refund and how long it will take to be refunded when we followed up after the 10 days of receiving confirmation of a refund we have been given the run around for 3 WEEKS and every time being told our refund was DENIED regardless of multiple emails and conversations over the phone being assured of our cancellation and despite not even having a contract or a proper cancellation policy they are still refusing our refund. Do not waste your time or money using this company, you should all be ashamed of yourselves for the way in which you conduct business and the city of el monte should discard your services IMMEDIATELY. I will be filing a formal complaint with the city and BBB as well that is how horrible this company has been

No trash pick up service on 7/23/24. Today is 7/26/24. Called office but the lady said the driver was here to pick up trash on 7/23/24 based on the driver’s camera. I was not home from 7/23-7/25, but I have seen neighbors bulky junks and trash cans on the street since 7/22/24.

Amazing service! I am a local filmer from JV, and I used to live in Bassett, seeing valley vista occasionally. On the trips i see my grandma in LP, I get to record some trucks. They have such a variety. I sometimes do not ask to record the trucks and/or the driver, but they do not care if I record. I even talked to a friend who had the same recycle driver and he explained that the driver was really nice and he has never had a problem. I used to film before, but I had a problem with one driver. He used to work 440 in the old days on Wednesday green bin waste. He was a jerk and not even when I’ve started recording, he would start screaming and yelling at me and my grandma.
