You get what you pay for. They’re the cheapest & also the worst. I couldn’t figure out why my house hadn’t rented & then my brother checked the listing on Zillow; not only did they list it as a 3 bedroom with a breakfast nook when it has 2 bedrooms without a nook, but they listed it as being in Ranchi Sahuarita when it’s miles from there. Big difference. Even after telling them to correct it. They only made the changes to Zillow & not to their website. The final straw was I come to find out they never send anyone out to show a rental. They let prospective tenants do self guided tours. On says it’s safe because they get a copy of everyone’s drivers license however with many people going out there’s no way to know who it was if something goes wrong. Anyone can just make a copy of the key & return the original & have access to the property when ever they want. In fat when I went back to the property someone had made copies of the key & dropped them in the ace hardware baggie in the drive way.

Their Mammoth home repair service tries to have you do a bunch of maintenance you don’t need (kick backs)

I fired on a after 2.5 months & rented the house in a week on my own.

Expensive burned coffee served by a rude lady barista.

Jeff - if the arrogant p.o.s that answers the phone (and ,from what I hear ,continuously attempts to demean hopeful models) is a reflection of your set up there, then it lacks "class" and "modern times dynamics" . Either fire your sidekick or get him some therapy to address his Napolean complex. Old school behavior, running kids down whether they are "model" material or not, especially when the p.o.s giving it looks like trash. One star for the entertainment ...

I went with my mom to the agency and this guy was just so rude and he looked very miserable like he asked me do I have any pictures and I said yes, so I gave it to him and he didn't even give me any compliments, he was just flipping the pictures like he didn't care and at the end he said were not interested in you. He didn't even explain why. It was unprofessional.
