Zen coaching was new to me, so Sören took care to explain how it worked first. I love it! As a coach in a process that focuses on bringing issues and associated emotions to the surface in an accessible way, Soren calmly holds the space, gently questioning, allowing me to go behind and beyond what is going on and avoiding the tailspin that can often happen. And it works! The two issues we dealt with have changed in character… exactly how is something I am still working through, but definitely shifted to being things I can now go on to work with in manageable fashion.
