Jessica has been outstanding with getting me into my new place. No problems what so ever! Everything went smoothly and I was able to get in almost immediately. Maintenance crew got in touch with me the very next day after move in and let me know they would be there should any problems arise in the future. Shout out to EJ Group Management! Excellence at its finest!

I love how they are willing to work with you as far as the rent if you get behind or something comes up they are willing to help you and Jessica is awesome and Eddie is the same way willing to listen and help you

I lived in Sycamore Palms. This EJ Group Management purchased the apartments from the previous Real Estate Company. Every tenant received a Welcome to your new Management with the PROMISE of a better place to live and faster and better maintenance. First with that lie, in the time of their ownership the tenants electricity was cut off. Tenants which no one should have to deal with such nonsense as this. Not only that there were elderly and disabled tenants in the apartments. Then they promised to help the people/tenants struggling with elements out of their control such as the Coronavirus Pandemic. With the words give us your pertinent information so we can help you get rent assistance. Blatant outright lies all around. Sending tenants court dates and eviction notices to vacate. Tenants being told oh that is only so you can use it to get rental assistance. More lies. They pretended to care by sending tenants to a Hotel because of the 5 days of no electricity. At the time the electricity went out the tenants were already suffering from no hot water. Tenants having to take cold showers and heat up water just to properly wash dishes. During the times also there was no gas to cook food. Tenants lost all their food. They did not even offer once to repay people for that loss. Tenants supplied electricity with generators purchased with their own hard earned pay and paid for all the gas to keep the generators running. When asked about a promise to pay for that expense the owner/manager said nope we are not going to reimburse you for that expense. Sorry sorry people. They want to pretend they care but they do not. Blatant liars, kicking tenants out no matter situation/ disability or age. Money hungry seeking money owed by tenants to the company that owned the property before they even purchased the apartments. Who knows if that is even legal. Tenants living with bad plumbing toilets running from underneath the toilet and overflowing. Mold in the apartments. Instead of being concerned of customers safety they are money hungry. Roaches with no assistance of pest control. Not checking to see if apartments are up to code, such as fire alarms, fire extinguishers, electrical outlets not properly covered, and so on.

Horrible landlords! Kicked out paying tenants for no reason! After cutting off ALL utilities to every resident for no reason. Forced us to live with no hot water and electricity for over a week!

Jessica was very professional and efficient and i must say she's the best manager who gets the job done!!!

Amazing! Amazing!Amazing experience getting my first home especially now during the Christmas season most everyone was putting us off til the new year but nope someone had a heart for me and my son to get into our new home and I’m so very appreciative of Mrs.Jessica and her husband for expediting everything within a day to get us in Christmas Eve! Just in time for my son to see his new tree in his new home.... he even got to pick his room ... thank you so much for caring and showing us so much care and concern as well as professionalism and being very thorough with this new chapter I wish everyone could have such an amazing experience getting into their first home or any home for that matter y’all are really the best !!!!

Jessica with EJ Group Management was a Christmas angel working hard to organize and finalize a home for the holidays for my son. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate at least a 25!
