Theese guys are absolutely outstanding, bought 3 brand new snowmobiles from them and they were the best, any questions we had they had an answer, we wanted to add extra accessories not a problem they got it taken care of, they made the whole process smooth and flawless.

Tread carefully with warranty work and assessments. They looked at my boat motor, couldn’t explain why it hydro locked so with no evidence decided it was my fault, 14.1 hrs on new motor. Refused to accept my explanation then came parts, the quote included about $3000 +- in parts that were not necessary. Nice enough guys but they’re there to make money. I definitely won’t be returning. A bent connecting rod, they’d replace the entire long block, $7700. They never even disassembled the motor, again, nice enough guys though.

I bought a boat in Chippewa Falls and use it on the south shore of Lake Superior. I took the boat to RJs for warranty motor repairs. They were super fast and super professional. They are the only place I will buy boats or UTVs going forward. They are the best in the business.

Bought a Yamaha Moro 5 (electric assist bike) from Tony B, he was extremely helpful with questions and delivery (pick up) of the bike. Highly recommend Rjs sport and Cycle for any of your needs whether purchasing or service work.

Went in to get sized for something & came home with this ruby red lady. Staff were helpful & chill, they have new & used as well as a community "for sale" cork board for customers.

I have purchased a dozen or more pcs. Of power equipment at RJ’s always been a first class experience!

I was stranded with a flat tire, an hour from home after hours. These guys found a rare tube from a Harley dealer , picked up me and my bike and got me back on the road. It was an awesome example of service, can’t say enough

2019 Yamaha F40J. When I dropped my boat off with the service dept. I’m not sure of his name, let’s call him (tattoo guy), I asked if they were on schedule because I had already waited a couple weeks to get in. He said yes, but after waiting a day and a half not hearing from them, I stopped in. After talking with the other service department guy he told me it was a bad coil, we’re gonna order it, should be here next week. Next week came and went. Then when I called, they said the part wasn’t in yet. So I asked where it was at, can we track it? They said sure. Oh, it’s coming from Japan! Would have been at least 6 weeks just to get to the U.S. I was a bit disappointed at them telling a week for the part to arrive and not knowing where the coil was coming from. Lack of integrity on their part! But the guy I talked to was cool, he found one in Florida and had that one shipped up and installed. They said after letting it idle in the pool for 20 minutes to a half hour my engine overheated. Which has never happened to me before. So they ordered a new thermostat and water pump kit. When it was said and done, I went to pick it up. And asked if I could see it started up before I paid the bill. Tattoo guy didn’t seem to like that at all. He left the office without telling me anything. After maybe 3 to 4 minutes of waiting in the office for him to come back I went out to see what was going on, tattoo guy and the mechanic we’re already starting it up without me. What the heck! This could’ve been a five star. And maybe next time it will, they just need a little training on their customer service.

A few days later I went to start it, same issue as when I brought it in!! Now waiting another week for RJ’s to look at it.
