This place is a real gem. Nice place to have a drink and meet a few locals. Staff are friendly and more than willing to show you around the distillery.

I have been on alot of distillery tours and this was by far one of my favorite. They have an awesome setting and ambiance and there drinks are awesome. Very impressed

Stopped in while out for a walk. Atmosphere was awesome and relaxed. Todd was a great wealth of knowledge for the town and was very social. Super friendly and was well spoken. A tour of the process was a pleasant surprise and was highly impressed. Sampled the selection of in house made alcohols and left with a purchase and a smile. Highly recommended.

I booked the Copper Cork for a party with 25 guests in December 2019. The booking process, bar service, and coordination with staff was a well organized, thorough process. The tour and explanation of the distillery process was an added bonus. These people are passionate about their craft.
